Mutti's Gravy

Ingredients

  • Mushroom soup 1 can
  • Bits from cooked chicken
  • Cornstarch 2 Tbsp

Directions

  • In saucepan add 1 can mushroom soup.
  • Remove chicken to platter.
  • Add 1" hot water to cooking pan.
  • Scrape up bits from pan and pour into soup pan.
  • Wisk and heat until bubbly.
  • To thicken add 2 Tbsp cornstarch to 1/4 cup water and mix well with fork.
  • Add cornstarch slurry to hot gravy, whisk until thick. Serve hot.
